Domaine de Vauroux, Vins, Chablis, Olivier Tricon

The bouquet is frank, the nose is light with a woody and spicy flavours, well-balanced by a fresh and chalky taste. After aeration, the aromas are hotter, reminding dry fig with a touch of menthol freshness.

The Bourgogne Chardonnay is located in Tonnerre. It highlights this grape variety which is now universal. It is a wine of initiation, opening on AOC villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Surrounding the Chablis vineyard, we have an authentic and mineral wine which describes very well the beautiful villages.

Serve at : 10°C.

Chablis 1er Crus Montée De Tonnerre

Brilliant, minera and straight. In spite of a first reticent nose, its fat is important and its complexity is intense. Its acidity is the best warrant of good aptitudes for ageing. Its suppleness and its freshness become allies to a warm and powerful citrus fruits bouquet.

This Chablis Premier Cru is probably the most complete of Premiers Crus. Vines are near to the Grands Crus valley, on right bank of the Serein River which runs through Chablis. Thanks to its exposure, it is considered as one of the best of Premier Cru.
